Every session is personalized to your needs.
Some of the massage techniques I draw from include: swedish, deep tissue, hawaiian lomi lomi, acupressure & tui na, structural integration, myofascial release, polarity therapy and craniosacral.
I use nut-free organic massage oils. Sessions include your choice of my own aromatherapy blends that are made with intention. As some may be allergic or sensitive, this enhancement is purely optional.
Please note that I do not diagnose, treat or cure, as this is beyond my scope of practice as a licensed massage therapist. Massage therapy and energy healing are holistic healing modalities that can work in a complementary nature along with any other recommendations from your primary care physician, which will be considered in your initial, confidential health history intake.
